Hi Everybody!

First off, we would thank you all for volunteering for the Endless Summer Trail Run Series Lebanon 7 Mile on Tuesday July 14th, 2015! Without your help awesome events like this would not be possible!

Below you will find a list of who is volunteering and what everyone is doing (noting that most everyone has more than one task).  Race day registration and race number pickup starts at 5:00PM – the race starts and finishes at the Jensen Lake Pavilion off of Pilot Knob Road and Carriage Hills Drive – Directions HERE, Race start time is 6:30PM.

Those helping with parking or registration should plan to arrive at Jensen trailhead by 4:45 PM and look for John or Cheri Storkamp

For those working the finish line / finish area only, plan to arrive no later than 7:00PM at the Jesnsen Lake Trailhead.

Those working the aid station can go directly there.  The aid staiton will be located at the Schulze Lake / Main Visitors Center at 860 Cliff Rd, Eagan, MN 55123 HERE https://goo.gl/maps/uuQXn and look for Bill Pomerenke who will be heading up the aid station – Bill’s cell phone number is ***-***-**** (omitted for web version of email)

We are usually packed up and out by 9:00PM. Be sure to pick up a cool pair of Salomon Sunglasses for yourself when you arrive and also stay for Pizza and beverages after!

*If anyone does not work on Tuesday day and wants to come out extra early and help with setup please let me know!  We could use one more person to help with this.

About ESTRS:
Remember when you were young and the summer days were hot, relaxing and seemingly endless?  Well, as adults we still get that but usually only on weekends and holidays… until now.  The Endless Summer Trail Run Series is the brain-child of two passionate Minnesota trail-running main-stays – Rocksteady Running and Twin Cities Running Company.  The series was created to provide low-key, low-pressure trail running / racing opportunities for people of all ages, abilities and levels of experience. Whether you are a seasoned trail or road racer, first time trail-racer, need a tune-up for your next race, need to get in some speed-work or just want to have some pizza, pop and beer with us at the finish – running one or all of the races in the series is for you.  The Endless Summer Trail Run Series has garnered a strong local following and has gotten significant national media coverage as one of the best organized and most well attended trail running series in the country!
