Subject: 2015 Endless Summer Trail Run Series Volunteer Email – Lebanon 10KM
Hi Everybody!
First off, we would thank you all for volunteering for the Endless Summer Trail Run Series Lebanon 10KM on Tuesday May 26th, 2015! Without your help we could never put on awesome events like this!
Below you will find a list of who is volunteering and what everyone is doing (noting that most everyone has more than one task). Race day registration and race number pickup starts at 5:00PM (the race starts at 6:30PM) at the Jensen Lake Pavilion off of Pilot Knob Road and Carriage Hills Drive – Directions HERE. Those that can make it before 5:00 PM, say anytime between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, please feel free to do so as we can have you help with setup and then can have a quick briefing at 4:45 PM just before runners start to arrive. We are usually packed up and out by 9:00PM. Be sure to pick up a pint glass for yourself when you arrive and also stay for Pizza and beverages after!
*If anyone does not work on Tuesday day and wants to come out extra early and help with setup please let me know! We could use one more person to help with this.
