Greetings past and present Endless Summer Trail Run Series volunteers,

I hope this note finds you well! We are just under three weeks until the first of four Endless Summer Trail Run Series races in 2023.

This year’s race dates are as follows:

Lebanon 10KM – Wednesday May 24
French 5KM – Wednesday June 21
Lebanon 7MI – Wednesday July 5
Spring Lake 5MI – Wednesday August 2

 

You are receiving this email for one of the following reasons:

• You have already signed up to volunteer this year. A list of those who have already signed up can be found HERE https://www.estrs.com/volunteer-assignments/

• You have told me you plan on volunteering and have not yet signed up.

• You have helped in years past and we want you back!

• You are a photographer that has volunteered with us at ESTRS or other races in the past.

 

NOTE REGARDING LEBANON 10K – I have made preliminary Lebanon 10KM volunteer assignments (these are early / subject to some changes). We are sitting pretty good, but can still use up to 5 more volunteers or so. We are looking for someone who has some experience as a timing helper as well. Lebanon 10K volunteers, look for another email from me in about a week.

 

NO PRESSURE, we will have enough volunteers come race day – if we are ever badly in need / hurting we will be sure to say as much!

 

If you are interested in volunteering and have not signed up yet, it helps me to stay organized if you can go to the website and sign up to volunteer (it only takes a few minutes) HERE https://www.estrs.com/volunteer-signup/ – Please provide any useful information that will help me in assigning you to your volunteer position; i.e. the days and times that you are available, what position you have worked in the past, names of anyone you would like to be assigned with, other preferences, etc.
