Welcome Runners to the Endless Summer Trail Run Series French 5KM! Below are just a few reminders about this year’s race.

Check-In:
Check-in starts at 5:00 PM – Race Starts at 6:30 PM. We understand that work days can be a little hectic, if you arrive after the start of the race you will not be able to pick up your number / officially start the race, however, you are welcome to get your sticker, go out for a run on your own and join us after.
Can’t Make It?
If you are not going to make the race, you do not need to notify us, we will know you are not running if you do not check in.
Parking:
There is plenty of parking within a short walk of the start, a map showing available parking is HERE https://www.estrs.com/wp-content/uploads/ESTRS-French-Regional-Park-Parking-Availability-6-3-2025-630PM.jpg – parking volunteers will be there to assist, please follow their direction. If you can carpool it is always appreciated!
Weather, Heat & Thunderstorms:
It’s Summer, it can be hot. For races over 5KM we will have a water stop around the half way point. For races 5KM and shorter there will be no water stop. Be sure to carry water if you feel you will need it. We expect that you will use personal judgement in deciding if it is too hot for you to run. The race will be held rain or shine – however, severe weather is a different story. If there is lightning or severe weather we will delay the start of the race. Runners will be notified of the delay via public address at the start line / in the start area and asked to shelter under the pavilion or in their vehicles. If severe weather persists we will call off the event. We have only called off one race in 15 years of ESTRS. Due to persistent lighting that year we did not run the race but we did gather under the pavilion for a social hour, eating the 100+ pizzas that were delivered! Don’t send us home with all those pizzas!
Race Numbers:
Bib number assignments will be available mid-morning the day of the race HERE https://www.estrs.com/2026-estrs-french-5km-bib-number-assignments/
NO Race Day Registration:
Please note that we do not offer race day registration.
Chip Timing:
We will be chip-timing this race, your chip will be affixed to your race bib / number, please do not bend or fold your race number / timing chip. Please wear your bib on the front of your body.

Giveaway:

Post-Race Festivities:
Included with your entry we serve Domino’s Pizza, Best Day Brewing non-alcoholic beer, Coke, Ginger Ale and La Croix sparkling water after the race. Please stick around after, this is what this race is all about, enjoying Summer to its fullest, meeting new people and enjoying our awesome local trail-running COMMUNITY!
