Subject: 2026 Endless Summer Trail Run Series Volunteer Email – Lebanon 10KM
Hi Everybody,
Thank you so much for volunteering for the kickoff of the Endless Summer Trail Run Series! Cheri and I are looking forward to seeing all of you for the first event of the season, the Lebanon 10KM, on Wednesday May 20 2026.
Volunteer assignments have been made and can be found HERE https://www.estrs.com/volunteer-assignments-lebanon-10km/ – be sure to search by last name and job as many people will have more than one task each night. Please be sure to let me know if something does not work for you and we can adjust. Take a look at the “notes” section of the volunteer assignments, you can look for the people listed as “leads” when you arrive and they will point you in the right direction and obviously, you can always look for me or Cheri as well.
Note that Bill Pomerenke WILL NOT be at this first ESTRS race of the year, so Bennett Isabella will be the Parking and Water Stop lead. He is an experienced ESTRS volunteer so seek him out if you are working either of those positions.

Volunteers should be aware that we have made the switch from regular beer to non-alcoholic beer. HERE https://view.flodesk.com/emails/69ea3b07cf4161837dec337b is some info about that. Most past participants will be aware of this, but there is a chance that some will not be. If any participants question you about this you can just say that you are a volunteer, that you don’t know, and direct them to Cheri or I.
