Greetings Friends,
Thank you for taking part in the 2025 Endless Summer Trail Run Series Spring Lake 5 Mile on Wednesday July 30. After last year’s last minute cancellation due to thunderstorms, high winds, and lighting, it was awesome to be back running the trails at Spring Lake Park. I had more than one participant tell me that it was their favorite race in this year’s series. Several mentioned that they think it is the toughest course that we run, this likely due to the couple of short stretches of technical single-track, and of course those stairs. Its hard to believe that all four races in this year’s series have come and gone, just like summer itself is threatening to do. One thing that does endure is our enthusiasm for this series due entirely to the great people that we get to connect with on four special nights each summer. We are already looking forward to next year!
A huge thank you to Spring Lake Park / Dakota County Parks for hosting us and taking such great care of the park, and trail system.
