Subject: 2022 Endless Summer Trail Run Series Volunteer Email – Lebanon 10KM
Hi Everybody,
Thank you so much for volunteering for the return of the Endless Summer Trail Run Series! Cheri and I are looking forward to seeing you all for the first event of the season, the Lebanon 10KM, on Wednesday May 25 2022.
Volunteer assignments have been made and can be found HERE https://www.estrs.com/volunteer-assignments-lebanon-10km/ – be sure to search by last name and job as many people will have more than one task each night. Please be sure to let me know if something does not work for you and we can adjust. Take a look at the “notes” section of the volunteer assignments, you can look for the people listed as “leads” when you arrive and they will point you in the right direction and obviously, you can always look for me or Cheri as well.
* We are still looking for one more photographer. If you are a photographer or have a friend or family member who is a photographer you could bring along, we would love it!
The race takes place / starts and finishes at the Jensen Lake Pavilion at Lebanon Hills County Park in Eagan – off of Pilot Knob Road and Carriage Hills Drive – Directions HERE https://goo.gl/maps/Hn2fE8Gnf4q – those coming from the “East” should be aware of a closure / detour on Cliff Road and plan accordingly https://www.co.dakota.mn.us/Transportation/CurrentConstruction/CliffRoad/Pages/default.aspx
