Subject: 2019 Endless Summer Trail Run Series Volunteer Email – Lebanon 10KM
Hi Everybody!
Well, hopefully Summer is ready for us and hopefully once it gets started, it feels endless! First off, we would like to thank you all for volunteering for the Endless Summer Trail Run Series Lebanon 10K on Wednesday May 22, 2019 – we are just over 1 week out from the event! Without your help we could not put on awesome events like this! Of all the races I have been involved with, Endless Summer has one of the strongest year to year core groups – Cheri and I are so grateful for your dedication to the event and more importantly, for your friendship! Race directing can be stressful at times, but you guys make this a super fun night, not only for the runners, but for me!
Volunteer assignments have been made and can be found HERE https://www.estrs.com/volunteer-assignments-lebanon-10km/ – be sure to search by last name and job as many people will have more than one task each night. Please be sure to let me know if something does not work for you and we can adjust! Take a look at the “notes” section of the volunteer assignments, you can look for the people listed as “leads” when you arrive and they will point you in the right direction and obviously, you can always look for me or Cheri as well!

Again this year, we are going to do name-tags on red lanyards for volunteers so please be sure to grab a lanyard, fill out (both sides of) the name card and wear it – it is really helpful so we all know who is helping, so we can learn and retain names and so runners can identify who is helping with the race. Thanks so much for your help with this!
Be sure to pick up a sticker for yourself (this years giveaway – a different sticker for each race) when you arrive and also stay for Pizza and beverages after!
