Hi Everybody!

First off, I would like to thank you all for volunteering for the Endless Summer Trail Run Series Lebanon 7MI this coming ​Wednesday, July 11th, 201​8 – we are about 1 week out from the race! Without your help we could​n’t​ put on awesome events like this!

​Volunteer assignments have been made and can be found on our website HERE http://www.estrs.com/volunteer-assignments-lebanon-7mi/ – be sure to search by last name and job as many people will have more than one task for the night. Please be sure to let me know if I made any mistakes (I have been known to!) or something does not work for you and we can easily adjust!

​The race takes place / starts and finishes at the ​Jensen Lake Pavilion​ at Lebanon Hills County Park in Eagan -​ off of Pilot Knob Road and Carriage Hills Drive – Directions HERE https://goo.gl/maps/EYsFVSgBgZr

AID STATION WORKERS PLEASE READ.
Those working the aid station can go directly there if they do not have another job at the start / finish area beforehand. The aid station is located at the Schulze Lake / Main Visitors Center at 860 Cliff Rd, Eagan, MN 55123 HERE https://goo.gl/maps/uuQXn and per the attached diagram (not at the Jensen Lake Trailhead – Start / Finish Area) When you arrive look for Bill Pomerenke and Robyn Reed who will be heading up the aid station – Bill’s cell phone number is [omitted for web version] and Robyn’s is [omitted for web version] – Robyn will likely arrive first / in advance while Bill and the others that are helping with parking back at Jensen will be on their way!

Be sure to pick up a sticker for yourself (this years giveaway) when you arrive and also stay for Pizza and beverages after! Also, even if you were not assigned to do so, please feel free to stay and help us get cleaned up and loaded out at the end of the night!
