Hi Everybody!

Holy cow, how is it time for this already! The good news is that this means it is just about Summer! First off, we would like to thank you all for volunteering for the Endless Summer Trail Run Series Lebanon 10KM on ​Wednesday May ​24​th, 2017​ – we are just over 1 week out from the event! Without your help we could not put on awesome events like this!

​Volunteer assignments have been made and can be found HERE https://www.estrs.com/volunteer-assignments-lebanon-10km/ – be sure to search by last name and job as many people will have more than one task each night. Please be sure to let me know if something does not work for you and we can adjust!

​The race takes place / starts and finishes at the ​Jensen Lake Pavilion​ at Lebanon Hills County Park in Eagan -​ off of Pilot Knob Road and Carriage Hills Drive – Directions HERE https://www.estrs.com/directions/

New this year, we are going to do name-tags on red lanyards for volunteers so please be sure to grab a lanyard, fill out (both sides of) the name card and wear it – it is really helpful so we all know who is helping, so we can learn and retain names and so runners can identify who is helping with the race. Thanks so much for your help with this!

Be sure to pick up a pint glass for yourself when you arrive and also stay for Pizza and beverages after!
