Hi Everybody!
First off, I would like to thank you all for volunteering for the Endless Summer Trail Run Series Lebanon 7MI this coming Wednesday, July 13th, 2016 – we are under 1 week out from the race! Without your help we couldn’t put on awesome events like this!
Volunteer assignments have been made and can be found HERE https://www.estrs.com/volunteer-assignments-lebanon-7mi/ – be sure to search by last name and job as you many people will have more than one task each night. Please be sure to let me know if I made any mistakes / something does not work for you and we can easily adjust!
The race takes place / starts and finishes at the Jensen Lake Pavilion at Lebanon Hills County Park in Eagan – off of Pilot Knob Road and Carriage Hills Drive – Directions HERE.
AID STATION WORKERS PLEASE READ
Those working the aid station can go directly there. The aid station will be located at the Schulze Lake / Main Visitors Center at 860 Cliff Rd, Eagan, MN 55123 HERE https://goo.gl/maps/uuQXn (not at the Jensen Lake Trailhead – Start / Finish Area) When you arrive look for Bill Pomerenke and Robyn Reed who will be heading up the aid station – Bill’s cell phone number is ***-***-**** (omitted for the web version of this email).
Be sure to pick up a TCRC Patch for yourself when you arrive and also stay for Pizza and beverages after!
